We are located in the Charles River area directly opposite the Agganis Center, at the West entrance, on Pleasant Street. South entrance is also available on Dummer Street behind the building.

All clinicians are accepting new patients. Patients seeking to initiate care should schedule an introductory office visit in order to establish a proper plan for follow-up. Established patients with urgent medical problems usually will be seen the same day, but always within 24 hours. We encourage periodic prevention oriented exams for all our patients. Off-hour coverage is available for emergent problems 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

By public transportation: Green Line B train, Boston College to Pleasant Street Stop.
Parking: Off street parking is available in the parking garage directly behind our building on Dummer Street.
About the Charles River Practice
Boston University Affiliated Physicians at Charles River (formerly BU Medical Group) is a comprehensive primary care practice providing ready access to excellent acute, chronic and preventative medical care in a compassionate and supportive fashion. It is our goal to practice today's medicine while maintaining yesterday's personal and caring style.
Our group performs routine physical examinations as well as the evaluation and treatment of chronic and acute illnesses. All of our physicians are board-certified and on the faculty of the BU School of Medicine. Outpatient laboratory, radiology and subspecialty services are also available at or near our medical offices.
We employ a care delivery system that achieves efficiency, service quality and patient satisfaction, while integrating clinicians, support personnel, referral and consultation resources and ancillary services. Boston Medical Center serves as our primary hospital and referral center.
