ResearchOur scientists are conducting basic, clinical and epidemiological research in many areas of rheumatology. We are now engaged in basic and clinical studies of scleroderma, vasculitis and amyloidosis as well as clinical trials of promising therapies. We are studying inflammation and cellular immune function in connective tissue disease. We are conducting clinical and epidemiological studies of major rheumatic diseases, including scleroderma, osteoarthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and osteoporosis.
