Choosing the right beverage is important to maintain a healthy diet and staying hydrated and energized. Watch and taste as Boston Medical Center Demonstration Kitchen chef and dietitian Tracey Burg whips up healthy drink alternatives your kids (and you) will love. Food provided by Morrison Healthcare Food Services.

Cooking with Whole Grains
You always hear about how healthy whole grains are, but you wonder how to cook with them?  Whether it's wheat berries, barley, quinoa or brown rice, you can use the same simple steps to cook them all.  Try some delicious whole grain recipes and learn about what makes them so good for you. Boston Medical Center Demonstration Kitchen chef and dietitian Tracey Burg will teach you how to make whole grains a part of your everyday life. Food provided by Morrison Healthcare.

Healthy Steps Lebed Class

Susan DeCristofaro is an experienced oncology nurse and the instructor of the Healthy Steps class at Boston Medical Center. The class strives to improve the physical and emotional well-being of adults with cancer and other chronic diseases. The goal is to elevate quality of life of each participant using music, exercise and movement; healing body, mind and spirit. Please take a seat or sit back and watch as the group demonstrates how the Healthy Steps class works.
