For Area Clinicians
Range of Services Available:
- Inter-disciplinary geriatrics consultation through our Geriatrics Assessment Center.
- Office-based primary care at the Yawkey Ambulatory Care Center at Boston Medical Center.
- Home-based primary care for patients who are functionally home-bound and are no longer able to be seen in an ambulatory care setting.
- Interim or long term geriatrics primary care for your patients requiring nursing home care.
- Specialized geriatrics care for inpatients requiring evaluation and acute hospital care.
- Geriatrics education for community-based physicians.
