Doctors call us first because MD Connect’s physician-to-physician consult service provides quick and easy access to specialized expertise and information for referring physicians and medical professionals. MD Connect provides a wide range of services just a phone call away, including:

• Physician-to-physician consultations about patient condition, diagnosis and treatment
  
  
• Patient scheduling within clinical services or with physician specialists
  
  
• Comprehensive information on technology, research and the clinical capabilities of our service areas
  
• Arrangement of patient transfers to BMC

Helping You Serve Your Patients

BMC also has a service specifically for your patients and their families: Health Connection. This service offers easy access to information on a variety of needs, including:

• Evaluation of a patient’s needs and assistance in scheduling appointments in a clinically appropriate time frame
  
  
• Answers to health questions and health information
  
  
• Assistance in selecting a primary care physician
  
  
• Help in finding the right physician and/or clinical service

Health Connection can be reached Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm at 800.841.4325. Any calls left after hours will be returned by a nurse the next business day.
