Our offices, at all locations, are open Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. The answering service will answer calls between 12:00 - 1:00 pm and after 4:30 pm. If you have an emergency they will get in touch with the office or the physician-on-call.

New and existing patients can also book an appointment online using ZocDoc, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please note, not all providers are available for online booking. If you don’t see your provider, please call the specific clinic location to make an appointment.
If your plan requires referral from your primary care physician (PCP), please call them before your visit. We are required by your insurance company to have this referral prior to the visit. We will be glad to re-schedule your appointment if needed.
All co-payments are due at the time of service. We do not bill for co-payments. We accept checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. A fee of $20.00 will added to the patient account for all returned checks Any questions regarding your account should be directed to our billing office at 1.800.478.6675.
We will do our best to accommodate patients who arrive a few minutes late for their appointments. It may be necessary to re-schedule your appointment depending on the physician’s schedule.
Patients who do not show up for the appointment without notification may be subject to a no show fee of $20.00.
