registered nurses who help patients, families and members of the
community access Boston Medical Center's physicians, programs and
services.

Policies and Mission
Most health insurance plans accepted. BMC's mission is to
provide consistently excellent and accessible health services to all
in need of care, regardless of status or ability to pay.
Hours of Operation
The Call Center is available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to
5pm. After normal business hours, callers may leave a message to be
returned the following business day by a nurse.
