Operating Room A

A spacious room set up as a trauma bay. Contains a SimMan 3G, code cart, airway cart, computer on wheels, gas connectors with running air and oxygen, wall phone, 32 inch monitor with video/Powerpoint capabilities.

A spacious room set up as an operating room.  Contains a SimMan 3G, airway cart, fully functional anesthesia setup, computer on wheels, OR table, table for OR instruments, gas connectors with running air and oxygen, wall phone, 32 inch monitor with video/Powerpoint capabilities.

Flex Room

A room easily modified for any clinical use.  Contains a SimMan, computer on wheels, gas connectors with running oxygen and air, wall phone, 32 inch monitor with video/Powerpoint capabilities.

Control Room A

Controls the Flex Room and both OR rooms, which can all be run simultaneously.

Inpatient Rooms

There are 3 inpatient rooms which can be set up for adult or pediatric situations.  Contain SimMan or SimBaby manikins, gas connectors with running oxygen and air, wall phone, 32 inch monitor with video/Powerpoint capabilities.

Control Room B

Controls the three inpatient rooms, which can all be run simultaneously.

Classroom

A 48 seat classroom can be divided into two 24-seat rooms, each with their own audio-visual setup.  Any simulation scenario can be streamed to these rooms. Powerpoint presentations, video, or other web-based programs can be shown as well.

Flex-Task Room A

A multi-purpose room which is home to several Storz laparascopic technique trainers. Open 24 hours to all residents who perform laparascopic procedures.

Flex-Task Room B

A room with built-in table-tops along the walls which can be used for a variety of procedures, from suture labs to intubation training.

Conference Room

Conference room seats 10-12 learners, and has video-conferencing capabilities.
