The Section of Surgical Oncology manages the spectrum of cancer surgery, including: bone and soft tissue sarcomas; breast surgery; gastrointestinal malignancies—particularly those of the biliary tree, colon and rectum, esophagus, pancreas, liver, spleen and stomach; gynecologic malignancies, head and neck tumors; and melanomas, In addition, the Section of Surgical Oncology offers broad experience in all aspects of endocrine surgery and laparoscopic surgery.
