About

Dr. Harloff is a dedicated cardiothoracic surgeon who joined Boston Medical Center in 2024. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Michigan in 2008 and earned his medical degree from Kaohsiung Medical University in Taiwan in 2014.

Dr. Harloff completed an integrated residency in cardiothoracic surgery at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA, where he focused on outcomes research related to structural heart disease and completed an advanced fellowship in endovascular cardiac surgery.

His clinical interests encompass a wide range of procedures, including coronary revascularization, valve repair and replacement, endocarditis treatment, transcatheter valve replacement therapies, aortic root and arch replacement, reoperations, and mechanical circulatory support. Dr. Harloff is fluent in both English and Mandarin, allowing him to connect with a diverse patient population.
