Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) is a type of therapy that can help reduce insomnia. It helps you figure out what thoughts and behaviors are causing your sleep problems or making them worse and then change those thoughts and behaviors. You can work on developing good sleep habits and letting go of bad ones.
