A psychosocial evaluation looks at your mental health, social wellbeing, and more. It may be used to determine if you're eligible for certain surgeries or services or to determine if a treatment is right for you.

In this evaluation, a healthcare provider, such as a social worker, will ask you a series of questions. This will help them understand your mental state, medical history, and sense of your place in the community.
