Dr. Amit Sethi graduated from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education College of Dental Surgery, Mangalore, India, with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in 2000 and subsequently completed his Masters in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Manipal University College of Dental Sciences in 2007. He obtained his DDS diploma from the University of Ontario in Canada and has also
... completed Fellowship Training in Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in the U.K. Dr. Sethi initially worked full-time in academics in India and was promoted to Associate Professor after five years at the Manipal College of Dental Sciences. Before moving to Boston, Dr. Sethi worked in private practice in Toronto.
Dr. Sethi has several publications in various areas of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is the Co-Editor of a Textbook on Pediatric Sedation published in 2020. At BU/BMC, he supervises education of predoctoral dental students on rotation in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department.
