Dr. Noelle Saillant is Chief of Surgical Critical Care at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and an Associate Professor of Surgery at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. Dr. Saillant is Director of the surgical intensive care unit (SICU) and Director of the BMC Surgical Critical Care Fellowship. She completed general surgery residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center ... and a fellowship in the Department of Traumatology and Surgical Critical Care at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. She is a highly published surgeon-scientist who has coauthored more than 100 peer-reviewed articles. Her research interests include trauma-induced coagulopathy, chest wall injury, and surgical education.
