About

Sharon E O'Brien, MD, is a pediatric cardiologist and Chief of Pediatric Cardiology at Boston Medical Center (BMC). Dr. O’Brien is also an assistant professor of Pediatrics and Director of Pediatric Cardiology at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. Dr. O'Brien received her medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine, completed her residency at Tufts-New England Medical Center, and did her fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Dr. O'Brien has been in practice for more than 25 years and has expertise in echocardiography and fetal echocardiography.
