Campus Construction Update

Starting September 14, we’re closing the Menino building lobby entrance. This, along with the ongoing Yawkey building entrance closure, will help us bring you an even better campus experience that matches the exceptional care you've come to expect. About

Dr. Crisanto Torres received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, where he was inducted to the Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism Honor Societies. He completed residency in general surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 2019 and went on to fellowships in surgical critical care medicine and in trauma and acute care surgery, both at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. While there, Dr. Torres was an active member of the Division of Trauma’s Violence Intervention Program and Co-developer/Co-director of the Health Equity in Critical fellowship curriculum. Dr. Torres also earned a master’s degree in public health, with a concentration in epidemiology and biostatistics, from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. His research interests center on trauma outcomes, with specific interest in hemorrhage, coagulopathy, hemorrhage control, and health equity.
