The hypertension practice at Boston Medical Center has special expertise in the evaluation and treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure), which affects 15 percent of Americans. BMC was the first to introduce some of the now established anti-hypertensive drug therapies, and continues to pursue pioneering research and innovative treatments.
