For over 30 years Boston Medical Center's Office of Minority Physician Recruitment has worked to recruit and retain underrepresented minorites in medicine within our residency, fellowship, and faculty ranks. Through partnerships with our training programs, clinical departments, and other administrative offices we aim to provide a diverse physician staff inorder to enhance the quality of care for the patients we serve.

Boston Medical Center is a founder of Boston HealthNet, a network affiliation of the medical center, Boston University School of Medicine and 14 community health centers. Boston HealthNet is an integrated health care delivery system whose partners provide outreach, prevention, primary care, and specialty care and dental services at sites located throughout Greater Boston’s neighborhoods.
