A diversified physician workforce is vital to the goal of achieving excellence and better serving our diverse patient population. The Office of Minority Physician Recruitment partners with clinical and non clinical departments to recruit underrepresented minority (URM) physicians at one of the most prestigious teaching hospitals in the country.
Mentorship & Networking
The Office of Minority Physician Recruitment, Office of Diversity & Multicultural Affairs, and the Department of Medicine, Faculty Development and Diversity supports all efforts toward the mentorship and development of URM faculty at Boston Medical Center & Boston University School of Medicine.
In addition, our offices host several networking receptions and dinners throughout the year to help build community between URM medical students, housestaff, and faculty.
