Lisa Kelly-Croswell oversees human resources, occupational health, and volunteer services and leads organizational growth strategies for the health system.

Prior to joining in 2013, Kelly-Croswell held a wide range of human resources leadership roles at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Nitromed Inc., CIGNA, Monsanto, and Frito-Lay. She received her Master of Arts in labor and industrial relations and her Bachelor of Science in finance from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Kelly-Croswell currently serves on the boards of Eiger Bioparmaceuticals, Greater Boston Food Bank, and New England Human Resources Association.
