The Sponsored Programs Finance (SPF) team presents a detailed training on requirements related to the use of SP funding for procurement of goods and services, including the special requirements that apply to equipment that costs $5000 or more.  Topics covered are:

  • Federal regulations, known as Uniform Guidance (UG), the violation of which incurs risks and potential penalties, and BMC policy requirements 
  • Documentation requirements to meet annual and unscheduled audits and procurement audit risks, and the 
  • BMC business processes established to meet the requirements and associated risks.
