The Teen and Tot Program (TTP) is a program focused on adolescent pregnancy and parenting, located within Boston Medical Center’s Adolescent Center. It serves pregnant and parenting people under age 23 and their children.

The TTP provides a full range of postpartum, adolescent, and pediatric primary care for both you and your baby at the same visit. We also provide mental health support, family planning, and case management services. We work closely with your prenatal provider to make sure you receive the right care before and after you give birth.

Our goal is to help your whole family stay healthy, and we’ll work with you to make sure you have all the tools and resources you need to be strong parents.
