For hot summer days, try these nutrient packed popsicles. They are a great way to re-purpose leftover granola, yogurt and fruit! Fun for kids of all ages. Try our homemade granola recipe here

Ingredients


Granola - 2 servings (~½ cup) - see recipe link for homemade granola in intro Yogurt - ½ cup Greek yogurt, vanilla, non-fat Milk - ½ cup 1% Strawberries - ½ cup Blueberries - ½ cup

Instructions

Step 1
Chop the strawberries.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, smashing the fruit a bit.
Step 3
Divide the mixture evenly into 4 paper cups.
Step 4
Add a popsicle stick to each cup and put cups in the freezer for 4 hours.
Step 5
Remove from the freezer and thaw for 5 minutes or run the outside of the cup under warm water briefly to help release the popsicle.

Notes

While berries work well since they can be mushed up, any fruit could be used! If using plain yogurt, try adding a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup to sweeten up your popsicles.
