Chicken
- 1 lb drumsticks
Carrot
- 1 large
Onion
- 1 medium, red
Bell_Pepper
- 1 medium, any color
Ginger
- 1 teaspoon fresh
Garlic
- 2 cloves
Harissa
- 2 Tablespoons
Tomato_Paste
- 2 Tablespoons
Oil
- 2 Tablespoons olive, canola, avocado or other oil
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325˚F.
Step 2
Wash all produce. Peel and roughly chop the carrot. Roughly chop the onion and bell pepper, and mince the garlic and ginger.
Step 3
Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl until seasoning is evenly distributed.
Step 4
Transfer mixture to a prepared sheet pan, and bake for ~20 minutes.
