Campus Construction Update

Starting September 14, we’re closing the Menino building lobby entrance. This, along with the ongoing Yawkey building entrance closure, will help us bring you an even better campus experience that matches the exceptional care you've come to expect. Making your own salad dressings allow you to be in control of the flavor! Try this homemade ranch on salads or as a dip!

To make this recipe even simpler, you can use a packet of Ranch seasoning instead of all the onion and garlic powders, parsley, dill, salt and pepper.

Ingredients


Yogurt - ½ cup plain, non-fat, Greek yogurt Mayonnaise - ¼ cup, low-fat/ lite Milk - ¼ cup 1% milk Onion_powder - ½ teaspoon Garlic_powder - ½ teaspoon Parsley - ½ teaspoon dried or 1 Tablespoon fresh Dill - ½ teaspoon dried or 1 Tablespoon fresh Salt - ¼ teaspoon Black_pepper - pinch

Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Adjust milk content based on desired consistency. Try substituting mayonnaise for 1/4 cup yogut + 1 tsp lemon juice.
