Ingredients


Garlic_scapes - 2 cups, cut into 2-inch pieces Olive_oil - 2 tablespoons Garlic - 2 cloves,minced Fresh_lemon_juice - 1 tablespoon Lemon_zest - zest of 1 lemon Zucchini- 2 medium- sliced Salt_and_pepper - to taste

Instructions

Step 1
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add 2 cups of garlic scapes and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften and turn golden.

Add 2 cloves of minced fresh garlic and sauté for another minute, until fragrant.

Add 2 medium zucchinis (sliced) to the pan and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until the zucchini is tender and lightly browned.
