About

Benjamin Zendejas-Mummert, MD, is a board-certified surgeon affiliated with Boston Children's Hospital, Brigham and Women's Hospital, and Boston Medical Center (BMC). After receiving his medical degree, he completed a surgery residency at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science. Dr. Zendejas-Mummert's clinical interests include esophageal and airway diseases, thyroid and other endocrine surgical entities, and colorectal disorders in children. His academic and research interests include designing and implementing methods to enhance the training and assessment of surgical trainees.
