Claire Elizabeth Powers Smith, MD, is a board-certified medical oncologist at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and an assistant professor of hematology and medical oncology at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. After receiving her medical degree, Dr. Smith completed her residency at Duke University Hospital, where she was the recipient of several research awards and scholarships.
