Ian R. Rifkin, MBBCh, PhD, is a board-certified renal medicine physician at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and an associate professor of medicine in Nephrology at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. Dr. Rifkin completed a fellowship in Nephrology at Boston University Medical Center after receiving his medical degree from the University of the Witwatersrand. His specialties include, immunology, autoimmunity, systemic lupus erythematosus, and nephrology.
