Campus Construction Update

Starting September 14, we’re closing the Menino building lobby entrance. About

Marcus A. Couey, DDS, MD, is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon at Boston Medical Center (BMC). Dr. Couey is also an assistant professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. He specializes in the surgical management of cancers involving the mouth, throat, and salivary glands, benign jaw tumors, facial trauma, and microvascular reconstruction. In addition to providing high-level care for complex maxillofacial pathologies, Dr. Couey aims to develop new treatment strategies that incorporate immunotherapy to improve outcomes for patients with head and neck cancer. He is active in oncology research, and has published numerous peer-reviewed articles, textbook chapters and abstracts.
