Campus Construction Update

Starting September 14, we’re closing the Menino building lobby entrance. About

Mark A. Varvares, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist affiliated with Boston Medical Center (BMC), Massachusetts General Hospital, and Massachusetts Eye and Ear. He is also the John W. Merriam/William W. Montgomery Professor and chair of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Harvard Medical School and the chair of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Mass Eye and Ear, where he specializes in head and neck ablative and reconstructive surgery. After receiving his medical degree, Dr. Varvares completed otolaryngology residencies at St. Louis University School of Medicine and Mass Eye and Ear/Harvard Medical School. His clinical interests include squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck, skull base surgery, surgery of the larynx, and cancer of the nose and paranasal sinuses.
