About

Maya M Abdallah, MD, is a hematologist at Boston Medical Center specializing in hematologic malignancies, with a special interest in the care of older adults with blood cancer. Dr. Abdallah is also an Assistant Professor of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. After receiving her medical degree from the University of Balamand in Lebanon, she completed internal medicine residency and a chief resident year at UMass Medical School - Baystate. Dr. Abdallah completed a combined Geriatrics, Hematology, & Oncology Fellowship at Boston University. Dr. Abdallah is interested in clinical innovations, and dissemination and implementation research, with the goal of improving the care of older adults with hematologic malignancies.
