Campus Construction Update

Starting September 14, we’re closing the Menino building lobby entrance. This, along with the ongoing Yawkey building entrance closure, will help us bring you an even better campus experience that matches the exceptional care you've come to expect. Please enter the Menino and Yawkey buildings through the Moakley building, and make sure to leave extra time to get to your appointment. Thank you for your patience.

Trauma care at Boston Medical Center has long been recognized as a resource by the professional community and everyday citizenry.  Dating back to our predecessor institution Boston City Hospital, we have created a legacy of excellence in trauma care. Our reputation for state of the art trauma care is what attracts clinical expertise to join us in providing high quality care and that instills comfort and confidence to patients and families that they will receive exceptional care every day.  With the busiest Emergency Department in New England and the full range of clinical services, there is very little that we haven’t treated or can’t handle any time of the day or night.
