HIV-Endurance (HIVE) Clinic

Conditions We Treat

Our clinic provides one-time consultations for people living with HIV aged 50 and older experiencing geriatric care issues (e.g., frailty, polypharmacy, falls/mobility issues). 

During the visit, the HIVE team will create an individualized care plan and place appropriate referrals for the following concerns and conditions:

  • Physical function
  • Cognitive/memory issues
  • Medication management
  • Coordination of specialist care
  • Clarification of care goals
  • Caregiver support
