Nondiscrimination Policy Update

HIV-Endurance (HIVE) Clinic

Treatments and Services

Each visit lasts approximately an hour and a half, during which you will be seen by a geriatrician, geriatric nurse, infectious diseases pharmacist, and care manager, with coordination by an infectious disease clinician to ensure continuity with the primary care team.

The following services are offered during a visit in our clinic:

  • Comprehensive geriatric evaluation
  • Frailty assessments
  • Medication reconciliation
  • Individualized care coordination
