Campus Construction Update

Starting September 14, we’re closing the Menino building lobby entrance. This, along with the ongoing Yawkey building entrance closure, will help us bring you an even better campus experience that matches the exceptional care you've come to expect. Please enter the Menino and Yawkey buildings through the Moakley building, and make sure to leave extra time to get to your appointment. Thank you for your patience.

To make an appointment with us, children must be referred by their primary care physician. The referral can come in the form of an insurance authorization or a letter from the primary care physician stating why the child should be seen by a neurologist.

That information, along with any pertinent clinical notes, must be faxed to 617.414.4502. Please be sure the home telephone number of the patient is included. Once this information in received, the clinic will contact the patient to register the patient and schedule the appointment. Parents need to have the child’s social security number and insurance card available at the time registration.
