Swap out butter and maple syrup for this fruit and yogurt based topping to add fiber, calcium and a punch of flavor to your breakfast!

Ingredients


Yogurt - 1 cup, plain, fat-free Berries - 1 cup, fresh or frozen mixed berries or berry of choice Honey - 1 Tablespoon, or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

Step 1
Rinse berries if using fresh. If using frozen, microwave in a microwave-safe bowl, covered, for 1-2 minutes or until defrosted.
Step 2
Combine berries and yogurt and syrup or honey, if using, mixing well. Enjoy a scoop of this on your pancakes or waffles.
