Silken_tofu
- 16 oz, well drained
Pumpkin_puree
- 15 oz canned or fresh
Pumpkin_pie_spice
- 1 teaspoon
Sweetener
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup or honey
Instructions
Step 1
Add all of the pudding ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for anywhere between 2 hours and overnight
Step 2
Top with fresh fruit (optional).
