Campus Construction Update

Starting September 14, we’re closing the Menino building lobby entrance. This, along with the ongoing Yawkey building entrance closure, will help us bring you an even better campus experience that matches the exceptional care you've come to expect. Chickpeas are a type of legume and contain protein. Spice them up with a little cayenne pepper or other seasoning of your choice. They can also be served on salads or mixed into other dishes. 

Ingredients


Chickpeas - ½ can (14oz) Olive_oil - ½ Tablespoon Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon Maple_syrup - 1 teaspoon Cayenne_pepper - ½ teaspoon

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2
Line 2 sheet trays with parchment paper.
Step 3
Pat the chickpeas with a paper towel until dry.
Step 4
Toss them in olive oil, cinnamon, maple syrup and cayenne pepper.
Step 5
Place on a sheet tray in a single layer, and roast for 35 minutes until golden brown.
Step 6
Serve cold or hot, how you like it.
