The Importance of Childbirth Education

What Happens in Childbirth Classes?

Childbirth classes help you know what to expect during the labor and the birth process. You can talk with other pregnant women, learn about how your body works and how your baby is growing. You will learn about birth, breastfeeding, and what to expect in the 1st  few days of the postpartum period. Childbirth education can be a safe place to ask questions or talk about your birth-related concerns.
