Elisabeth J Woodhams, MD, MSc, is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist at Boston Medical Center (BMC). Dr. Woodhams is also an assistant professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Medical Director of Family Planning and Contraception, and Associate Director of the OB/GYN Residency Program at Boston University Chobanian and Avedisian School of Medicine. An active researcher, Dr. Woodhams specializes in substance use disorders and reproductive health, improving abortion service delivery, improving postpartum contraception care, and contraceptive decision making (especially for adolescents).
