About

Jodi F Abbott, MD, MSc, MHCM, is Director of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a physician in maternal fetal medicine at Boston Medical Center (BMC). She is also an associate professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Assistant Dean for Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Education at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. As a care provider at BMC, Dr. Abbott is focused on decreasing health disparities, preventing perinatal mortality and morbidity, patient safety, and implementation science. At Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine, she is devoted to promoting and retaining women’s health educators as advocates and leaders.
