Kelley Anne Saia, MD, is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and an associate professor at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. After receiving her medical degree, Dr. Saia completed an obstetrics and gynecology residency at BMC. Her expertise includes the treatment of substance use disorders in pregnancy and post-pregnancy and trauma-informed care for pregnant persons with substance use disorder. Dr. Saia is a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
