About

Minh T. Truong is a radiation oncologist and the Chief of Radiation Oncology at BMC and professor and Chair of Radiation Oncology at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. Dr. Truong is an expert in the treatment of head and neck, skin and central nervous system malignancies, as well as benign diseases, such as airway amyloidosis. She is a prolific researcher and actively involved in promoting clinical research activities at BMC. Dr. Truong received her medical degree from University of New South Wales and completed her residency in radiation oncology at New York University Medical Center, her last year as chief resident. She contributes her radiation expertise to the National Cancer Institute’s Adult Oncology Treatment editorial board and serves on a number of national committees, including the Scientific Committee of the American Society for Therapeutic Radiation Oncology and the American Board of Radiology.
