Campus Construction Update

Starting September 14, we’re closing the Menino building lobby entrance. About

Sushrut S. Waikar, MD, MPH, is the Chief of Nephrology at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and a practicing nephrologist at BMC and the Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. He specializes in treating acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease. Dr. Waikar is also the Norman G. Levinsky Professor of Medicine at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. His research interests include epidemiologic, translational, and interventional studies to address novel and clinically important questions in nephrology. He is a Principal Investigator of several NIH and industry grants focused on improving the diagnosis and treatment for chronic kidney diseases.
