Description

How does the knowledge gained through academic research impact society? Although there’s increasing interest in answering this question, measuring impacts on the economy, policy, health, education, and beyond has proved challenging. In this session, we will discuss a variety of strategies and efforts that are currently underway to develop appropriate databases and metrics toward this goal.
