Many people are drawn to cauliflower rice because it is lower in carbohydrates and calories than rice. It does not taste the same as rice and it does, in fact, taste like cauliflower. In this recipe, however, it is mixed with cheese and garlic powder, and will take on those flavors. Give it a try for a lower-carbohydrate meal.
