Tortillas - 1 whole grain Banana - 1 medium Nut_Butter - 2 Tablespoons (sunflower seed, almond, or peanut butter) Toppings - Sprinkle of cinnamon (Optional)

Instructions

Step 1
Place the whole wheat wrap on a flat surface and spread the sunflower butter evenly over one side.
Step 2
(Optional) Add cinnamon, honey, or chocolate chips if desired.
Step 3
Place a peeled banana at the edge closest to you.
Step 4
Tightly roll up the wrap with banana inside and squeeze gently.
Step 5
Slice the roll horizontally into 1-inch-wide pinwheels.
