The Minority Physician Recruitment Program (MPRP) partners with all training programs and various departments at Boston Medical Center and Boston University School of Medicine to attract and retain talented underrepresented minority (URM) residents, fellows, and faculty. Through collaboration with the BUSM Office of Diversity & Multicultural Affairs, we continue to provide a variety of programs and services to help us achieve our goals.
