The Research Administration Demonstration (RAD), sponsored by New York University, draws hundreds of sponsored programs professionals to each of its presentations. 

Session 11 Objectives

  1. Exploring the role of the institutional official (IO)
  2. Identifying key challenges faced by IOs, including regulatory/cultural challenges
  3. Outlining key strategies and information to enhance awareness and "managing up," and
  4. Answering questions related to the IO and institutional management
